The customer fees of the wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland will be unified for all residents in Southwest Finland from January 1, 2023. The initial situation has been varied and different municipalities in Southwest Finland have charged different levels of fees for the same services. When the wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland begins its operations at the turn of the year, the customer fees will be the same throughout the area, so that the equality of customers is realized.
Customer fees for social and health care services mainly remain very close to the current level. Some customers' payments will decrease and some customers' payments will increase. The changes are very small.
