Maternity and child health clinics offer professional support for you and your family related to health and well-being. Health checks are conducted at the clinics according to national guidelines and the individual needs of your family.
In the family planning and contraception clinic, you can get help with all matters related to starting a family, contraception, and sexuality, supporting your thoughts and plans.
The walk-in clinic offers low-threshold health services without the need for an appointment. However, walk-in clinics do not handle matters related to family planning and contraception. The walk-in clinic is for short follow-up and additional visits. Depending on the municipality, about 10–15 minutes of appointment time is reserved per customer. The walk-in clinic does not offer flu vaccinations, as flu vaccine appointments have their own electronic booking system.
You can get guidance and counseling from the public health psychologist if needed. You can discuss accessing the public health psychologist's services with a nurse or doctor at the clinic.
