Lasten ja nuorten mielenterveyden ongelmissa otetaan yhteyttä neuvolaan, kouluterveydenhoitajaan tai oman alueen terveysasemalle. Opiskelijoiden mielenterveysongelmissa apua saa opiskeluterveydenhuollosta.
