The walk-in clinic offers low-threshold health services without the need for an appointment.

However, walk-in clinics do not handle matters related to family planning and contraception.

The walk-in clinic is for short follow-up and additional visits. Depending on the municipality, about 10–15 minutes of appointment time is reserved per customer.

The walk-in clinic does not offer flu vaccinations, as flu vaccine appointments have their own electronic booking system.
