Mielenterveyspalvelut ovat apunasi, kun tarvitset tukea erilaisissa mielenterveyden ongelmissa tai elämän kriisitilanteissa. Terveyskeskuksen tarjoamat mielenterveyden peruspalvelut voivat kattaa esimerkiksi psykiatrisen sairaanhoitajien ja psykologien vastaanotot.

Lasten ja nuorten mielenterveyden ongelmissa otetaan yhteyttä neuvolaan, kouluterveydenhoitajaan tai oman alueen terveysasemalle. Opiskelijoiden mielenterveysongelmissa apua saa opiskeluterveydenhuollosta. Lapsen kehitykseen ja kasvatukseen liittyvissä ongelmissa sekä perheen tilanteeseen liittyvissä vaikeuksissa voi ottaa yhteyttä perheneuvolaan.

Mielenterveyspalveluiden tavoitteena on vahvistaa mielenterveyttä ja vähentää mielenterveyteen kohdistuvia uhkia. Mielenterveystyöhön kuuluvat mielenterveyttä edistävä työ ja mielenterveyden häiriöiden ehkäisy sekä mielenterveyspalvelut. Päihdepalveluista saat apua ja tukea päihdeongelman työstämiseen.
