Service counselling for persons with substance abuse problems
Keywords:Service counselling offers guidance and counselling for you and your family on detoxification and rehabilitation issues. The aim is to support abstinence from substance abuse and reduce and remove factors that endanger the client's well-being and safety.
For the client to receive help as well as possible, the need for treatment and rehabilitation as well as the plan is made in collaboration with the health and social services if necessary. The services are primarily organised outside institutions.
The wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland offers this service starting from 1 January 2023.
Requirements
The service is available for all persons with a substance abuse problem and their family residing in the wellbeing services county.

Contact the health centre or substance abuse service provider of your municipality of residence.
